Morrison 'out of touch' with 'three-quarters' of Australians
25/02/2020|4minShadow Climate Change Minister Mark Butler says Scott Morrison is "increasingly out of touch" with the Australian public, pointing to research which suggested "three-quarters of Australians support a net-zero emissions target by 2050". "The Australian community understands you can't be committed to tackling climate change - to implementing the Paris agreement - without being committed to net zero emissions by 2050," Mr Butler said. "The prime minister should be honest about that instead of continuing to rely on 10-year old scare campaigns." Image: News Corp Australia
